Our new press, a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75-5+L, a B2 five colour press with an inline coater, is a flagship machine combining the latest technology to reduce waste and improve efficiencies along with improved colour management to ISO standards.

What does this do for you? Using the new press we can reduce the time taken to set up the press and print at higher speeds, combined with other technology savings such as reducing waste, we can offer faster turnarounds and attractive pricing.

The new press has ISO standard colour management ensuring colour match and constancy is second to none. The addition of the coater means minimal drying time and faster job turnaround, this can also be combined with Gloss or Matt coating to produce innovative and attention grabbing printed materials that will bring your marketing to life on brochures and leaflets, folders, magazines, annual reports, stationery and point of sale.

A highly competent finishing department handles folding, straight/shape cutting, laminating, blanket/spot varnishing, stitching, gluing, assembly and encapsulation.

Proper fulfilment of an order is key to any campaign, because we have a dedicated department. We can exploit this facility and offer genuine in-house fulfilment packages and multi-site delivery using our own drivers or national couriers.

As with litho you can print anything from leaflets, certificates and brochures to annual reports. The greatest asset is personalisation for all your materials from letters, leaflets and postcards to brochures using a spreadsheet or database to improve your marketing responses and build customer loyalty.

We’re not only here to prepare artwork for press but as a back-up to your own design/artwork team, (and to put your mind at rest) we offer an extra pair of eyes and a full set of digital proofs to avoid unnecessary errors.

With full online proofing and approval via a secure web link you can monitor and action the approval process via Mac/PC outputting facilities, through to our Computer to Plate (CTP) system, we provide a wide range of specialist services - from scanning, photo manipulation and digital/wet proofing.
